The en-suite guest bedroom provides privacy, while two additional guest rooms share a well-appointed bath. Blackout shades in every bedroom help with restful nights. Recent updates include new hardwood floors, a modern laundry room, and a convenient half bath.

For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
