Ideal for nature and Audubon enthusiasts, Stylish Oasis comes with access to the community bay beach of Wading River, which offers quiet beach days and magnificent sunsets. Complete with a fire pit and picnic table you’ll find this the perfect place to unwind. Near fantastic Northfork restaurants, wineries and farm stands.

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach house with vaulted ceilings in the living and kitchen area. The space is open and airy with unbelievable views of the protected wetlands and birds in the area. And not to worry the house has window units in the bedroom for warm summer nights with fans in every room. Or if you prefer there are amazing ocean breezes. In the winter we have a gas-powered wall heater and baseboard heat to keep it nice and toasty. The space offers flexibility, providing a serene work-from-home setup with high-speed WIFI and ample desk space. The fully stocked kitchen ensures convenience with a variety of pots, dishes, and utensils.

This haven for nature lovers offers a private year-round retreat. Located near the famed La Plage restaurant, a grocery store, Brekky coffee shop, and an array of exceptional local restaurants and farm stands, this property invites you to experience the rich charm of Wading River while enjoying the comfort of a vacation paradise in any season.

You'll have access to the entire house and the surrounding yard and property.

No parties or unregistered guests without permission.
No smoking or pets allowed.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
