Introducing our charming property nestled near the picturesque Peconic Bay! This spacious vacation home offers a comfortable and inviting retreat for your stay. Conveniently, the property offers ample parking space that can accommodate 4-5 cars.

Relax and unwind in the luxurious master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king-size bed. Perfect for families or groups, the bunk room also comes with 2 trundle beds and can sleep up to 6 guests. Enjoy a peaceful night's rest in the cozy third bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. Ideal for larger groups, the fourth bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for 10 guests.

Step outside to your own private oasis! Take a refreshing dip in the inviting heated pool, perfect for a morning swim or an afternoon of relaxation. Experience cozy evenings by the gas fireplace, available for use from November to March.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
Please note that cancellations due to storms are non-refundable.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
