Inside, you'll enjoy entirely updated furnishings and high-end finishes. This amazing contemporary home has a luxurious open floor plan. The dining table and kitchen are just around the corner from the living room. In the kitchen, you will find all major appliances, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and serveware you will need to prepare a large meal or just a snack.

This spacious 4-bedroom house has 3.5 baths and can sleep 10, making it ideal for families and groups. The primary bedroom with an ensuite bath on the main level has access to a terrace overlooking the Long Island Sound. Extraordinary views from every room!

The home also features Master Downstairs, Cathedral Ceiling(s), Eat-in Kitchen, Exercise Room, Formal Dining Room, Entrance Foyer, Granite Counters, Marble Countertops, Master Bath, Pantry, Powder Room, Sauna, Separate Thermostat, Steam Room, Storage, Walk-In Closet(s), and Wet Bar.

You are free to explore local destinations including the - vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards to fully immerse in the beach experience. The 5-star restaurants are just minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please call or reach out to us about the Pet Policy. Approval of pets may include additional fees and a security deposit.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
