As soon as you enter Stylish Sunset Retreat, you are welcomed by a stylish and comfortable open living area with a large farmhouse-style dining table, a cozy living room with wood burning stove, and easy access to the rest of the home’s features, conveniences, and comforts.

The home is equipped with a hot tub, pool (seasonal), high-speed internet, big screen smart TV, and an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker.

The beach is a 2-minute drive away, or 10 minutes by a walk. Take advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles to fully immerse in the beach experience.

LIVING ROOM
The cozy living room is designed to bring people together in an intimate setting. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, sip some cocktails or hot chocolate from the comfort of the plush leather couch and scandi-modern armchairs, curl up with a book, pillows, and throws, binge your favorite shows or watch a movie on the big screen TV, or play some cards and games.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end cooking equipment suitable for preparing any meal, whether a quick breakfast, snack or a multi-course gourmet dinner. Brew a coffee using the upgraded Keurig machine, or make a tea or hot cocoa with the electric water kettle. Enjoy a glass of wine or create a mixed drink with the included cocktail shaker.

The outdoor patio is ideal for gathering and enjoying the fresh and natural surroundings with Cushioned Seating and Dining Table. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or grill a delicious meal on the BBQ. Breathe in the fresh country air while enjoying evening cocktails.

Other things to note
We are committed to being both responsible hosts and neighbors. This home is also our vacation home; it is in a quiet neighborhood with some full and some part-time neighbors. It is located in a residential community, with some families raising children nearby. We treat the home and our neighbors with care and respect and hope our guests do the same. Please note that there are security cameras located on the exterior perimeter of the home and property. These cameras are here for our guests’ safety in case of any issues.

If you are looking for multiple homes, we have many other beach homes within close proximity.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please call or reach out to us about the Pet Policy. Approval of pets may include additional fees and a security deposit.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
