This Tranquil Oasis is tucked away amidst North Fork’s scenic farmlands. A charming little colonial at the end of a country road is just two minutes' walk from a lovely Long Island Sound beach. A family-friendly, bright, and airy tranquil home base for your perfect vacation.

This adorable colonial is a peaceful, light-filled coastal home that will entice you to unwind and put all your worries behind you as soon as you step inside. You will be welcomed to a serene, bright, and comfortable beach house by a secluded sound beach. Thoughtfully decorated with calm neutrals inspired by the natural beauty of the North Fork coastline and farmlands, the space is inviting and relaxing for all travelers. There are 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds that can sleep 6. For the worker bees, there’s a dedicated workspace away from others in the basement to meet the most aggressive of deadlines!

Cozy up and watch your favorite shows and movies on the 55-inch TV. The beach is a mere 2 mins walk to unwind from a day at the beach. It is the perfect spot for your morning runs or yoga or meditation! Or choose to spend the day at it, no need to drive anywhere far for the laziest day at the beach. The sound beach is a couple of minutes' walk. The beach has round pebbles so feel free to bring your beach shoes (recommended).

The galley kitchen on this newly renovated modern farmhouse is equipped with everything you will need to take advantage of all the farm fresh produce and seafood North Fork has to offer. A large dining table becomes the center stage for your farm-to-table dinner parties. A private backyard with a newly added deck and lounge space is ready for endless summer barbecues.

Feel free to explore local destinations including the farm stands, vineyards, breweries, orchards, sunflower farms, lavender fields, Long Island aquarium, farm-to-table restaurants, and fresh seafood all within a few minutes drive. After a day of exploring, come back to recharge in your serene bedrooms adorned in more neutrals, and fresh cotton linens. Come, stay, relax, explore, and make memories with us!

NOTE: You have access to everything but the garage unless there’s an emergency. We are using the garage for storage and the heating unit/boiler is accessed via the garage. Also, we are located in a quiet residential neighborhood with full-time residents. Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors. Everyone is very friendly, but we request you to be cautious, especially to not make too much noise, or disturb the peace of the area. The houses are close to each other in this neighborhood.

As avid outdoor lovers, we highly recommend exploring the area! Below are a few of our favorite attractions and the distance from the property:

There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
