Newly full-renovated Poppy's Hampton House with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comes with a bonus room with queen sofa. The house interior renovation/furnishing was completed in March 2022! It has brand new beds, all new bedding, appliances, a washer and dryer, a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, and new Central Air Conditioning. Easy access to the living room with TVs, a dining room, a full kitchen, and a large entertainment room overlooking the yard. This home is perfect for 2 families and kids and sleeps 6 comfortably. Our guests can enjoy enhanced security with the addition of a fenced-in yard, set to be completed by May 2023.

Ranch House is just walking distance to the main street, Rumba Restaurant, cowfish, and vineyards (wine tasting). The Ponquogue beach and Bay beaches are just minutes away by car or bike ride. Take advantage of the kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles to fully immerse in the beach experience. There are also many restaurants in the area- from Hampton Bays, Shinnecock Canal, and Southampton, all within a few minutes drive.

The Town of Hampton Bays is cute, and the beaches are outstanding! The Shinnecock Canal is minutes away and you can do fishing most of the year. For the kids, there is the Riverhead Aquarium (16 minutes away), Children’s Museum of the East End, and South Fork Natural History Museum and Nature Center, both in Bridgehampton (24 minutes away), and the Splish Splash water park and slides in Calverton (23 minutes away). With 30 rides, it is ranked the 3rd best Water Park in the USA.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Please call or reach out to us about the Pet Policy. Approval of pets may include additional fees and a security deposit.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
