Sweet Retreat is set on nearly a half acre of land with a Huge Backyard, Large Living Room with Dining Area, and Large Den with Built-In Shelves. You will surely enjoy a classic Hamptons getaway at this lovely home!

The 1,700+ sq. ft. house features hardwood flooring and spacious rooms with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With 4 bedrooms, the house comfortably sleeps eight guests. The rooms are very thoughtfully decorated with an eye for minimalist style.

The house also comes with a heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The heated pool and hot tub are perfect for a quick dip and the fire pit is perfect for gathering around on clear, starry nights.

The open-plan layout allows the conversation to flow. In the eat-in kitchen, find stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, a table that seats 6, an island with stool seating for 2, and a pass-through to one of the living spaces. With 2 living rooms with oversized couches and wall-mounted smart TVs, no one will be fighting over what to watch; one also has a fireplace to warm up cool nights. Large picture window doors open to the backyard bluestone patio which has an outdoor dining space and sitting area with umbrellas. There is also enough parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
No pets allowed
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry free stay!
