For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. This house in the Southwood community in Southold, Long Island was well situated for a relaxing stay on Goose Creek. The private back yard was great for games and the kayaks provided made for enjoyable outings on the Creek. The deck was lovely for a morning coffee while bird watching and evening barbeques. Within easy driving distance there are lots of farm stands, wineries, and restaurants. Our family (including our dog) thoroughly enjoyed it.
Small problems did not interfere with overall experience.

I'm hesitant to say how much we loved our time at this home because I want to keep it a secret so it's always available for us! The backyard is perfect - bring your kayaks or paddleboard and travel over to Goose Creek Bridge or jump in the car to visit the many vineyards in the area. Virginia and Debbie made the process very easy! We rent homes very often, and. I was very impressed with the little touches like the included toiletries and loads of beach supplies. Looking forward to returning soon!
