Hidden Gem: Heated Pool, Vineyards, 5 Min to Beach

The Hidden Gem house has both luxuries and necessities, there is a large pool with an outdoor shower, and the beach is less than a mile away and you will be supplied with kayaks and paddle boards, and floats. Also, the area boasts the most fantastic restaurants in NY! We are near the East Wind Spa for wedding venues on the east end, as well as the vineyards and farm stands!

Modern house with all amenities, this 4-bedroom house has 3 full baths. The king-size bed is located on the second floor with an additional queen-size bedroom and private terrace, and a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub shared with other bedroom access. The jacuzzi tub is near a large window with a view of the private tree-lined property.

Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. One full and one queen size bed with a bathroom in between. There is also a large TV room and game room with a private bathroom. Total privacy inside and outside the property. The front porch comes with armchairs to relax outside even if it rains. Back lawn with garden and 20 x 40 pool. All deer fenced, no pests, just lounge chairs, dining table seating 8, and a grill to barbecue.

You can use and play the ping pong table, or do some outside games such as bocce, badminton, and soccer.

During the day enjoy a tomato vegetable garden and seating areas around the yard that are so peaceful and tranquil that you'll feel like you are in Italy! At night, you can relax in the firepit area with a glass of wine.

Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
