The Diana Luxury Retreat is an idyllic and luxurious retreat that is highly sought after by guests. Recently rebuilt, this three-year-old beach house features two charming and comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower on the deck. The King-sized bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom, while the Queen-sized bedroom is situated on the main level, along with the kitchen, living room, and a full bathroom. The house is equipped with efficient central air and heating, making it an ideal choice for year-round stays. With free high-speed internet and cable TV, guests can stay connected and entertained. Complimentary parking is also available. Take advantage of the kayaks, and paddle boards to fully immerse in the beach experience.
This beach house is the perfect destination for any occasion, with vineyards and farm stands just a short drive away, offering wine-tasting opportunities. A five-star restaurant with a tiki-style bar is located just across the street, providing guests with convenient dining options. The Hamptons, Greenport, Shelter Island, Montauk, and Fire Island are all nearby, making this beach house a great base for exploring the area.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay (no cats as the owner is allergic).
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!

We sure timed this right. Not one other person on the beach for the 3 days we stayed! Private, quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with what you need. Good water pressure in showers. wifi and smart TV was great on a rainy day. Near stores, restaurants, parks. We would return. For older folks be aware there are alot of stairs.

Located on a rocky beachfront in Wading River, this home had beautiful sunsets every evening. Deck is more delightful than pictured. Beautiful outdoor sofa, table with seating for 8, and large umbrella for those sunny days. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. Two bathrooms were recently updated. Comfy beds and furniture in living room. Property Managers suggested ZEST catering and they were AWESOME! We would use ZEST again! Loved the food. We were missing a portable crib for a baby, but the Managers rushed one right over to save the day! Super quiet location. Our only complaint, the entry door needs a door sweep at the bottom to keep out bugs and one window also had fallen down and would not close. If we come back to Long Island, we would certainly stay here again.

My husband's daughter lives in New York and we surprised him with a Father's Day weekend stay at The Diana on the North Fork of The Hamptons. We were astounded at the private and stunning view offered from the deck. To say it was relaxing doesn't quite sum it up. We fell asleep sitting in adirondack chairs overlooking the water one afternoon. We also enjoyed the fantastic nearby restaurants (especially La Plage which we walked to from the house). Our days began and ended with walks on the beach with our dog who was also allowed to join us for the stay.
The home was clean, well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Any questions we had were promptly answered - even late into the evening of our arrival. We felt so lucky to find this place and highly recommend it! Our daughter returned to NYC via the bus which conveniently picked her up nearby. It was a perfect weekend! The Diana is a winner and we plan to return!

We had a wonderful stay at The Diana beach house. The beds are comfy, the house is cozy and the kitchen is well stocked. It made Thanksgiving dinner very easy. I would recommend having an SUV this time of year as the water on the road got high at one point. The view of the ocean is by far the best part. We’ll definitely be back again!
