Soundview Beach House is a luxurious boho-style, 4-bedroom home, that sits directly on the beach with a wraparound deck on front and back. The great room/master suite at the whole upstairs level is filled with extra-large, grand windows that span the length of the entire home. On the 2nd level, there is a large ensuite with a pull-out sofa bed, a large bathroom, and a dedicated desk for your working area.
With this home comes your own private beach that is for guests of this home only. You will be able to sit and take in the beachfront views and serene sunsets. Wrap around large windows facing the water that is something you will never forget! If visiting in the colder months, there is a beautiful fireplace in the living room to keep you warm as you cozy up with your favorite book.
It has everything you will need for a wonderful stay providing a comfortable living space for up to 10 guests. It features:
- 1 King bed
- 3 Queen beds
- 1 Sofa bed that can be converted into a sleeping space
- New kitchen/dining area with beautiful white cabinets and an island
- Centralized air conditioning and heating for comfort throughout the year
When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with kayaks and fishing poles to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. The five-star restaurants are just 5 minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. we had a mini family vacation (10 of us!) at this property for four nights in November 23 and it was perfect! The house was well equiped and comfortable. The beach and views were sensational. Added bonus that the dogs were able to join us.
The communication with Debbie and team was great. When we arrived there was one small problem (lounge room couch was broken). A handyman arrived first thing next morning and was able to fix it. We had no further issues.
Great location and fabulous house. Would definitely book here again.

Exactly as depicted, an amazing view, and just off the back deck down to the beach. This is the north shore of Long Island, so the beaches are largely rocky, but they are beautiful. You can walk for miles and miles. The village has all the amenities you would need.

Great location, easy to get to, we loved being right on the water. The facilities and cleanliness are marked slightly lower because even though overall it was very clean there are a few things I would recommend updating before future guests. The water dispenser in the fridge door had a signal for needing a new filter. The filter on the wall (in the heat /Ac return vent) was dirty which could pose potential future Heath concerns. The toaster did not work. And lastly the light in the small bathroom did not stay on. Overall we had a lovely stay and these items did not impact our stay significantly just thought you might want to know.

First off, the property managers (or maybe owners) were wonderful. The house was very clean, had amazing waterfront views, at nearly sea level, which is very unique. The decor is a perfect "Beachy" type that makes you want to just stay in the house and chill with a cocktail or catch the sunset. Locally, La Plage is wonderful. Overall a very good experience. The rental process was pretty seamless and the property management folks were very responsive. The kitchen and appliances were top notch. Washer and dryer was in the garage but worked well. Kayaks, bikes and fishing gear was readily available.
The view was breathtaking, the beach deck was very roomy. 4 steps down and you are on the beach.
There were only a few negatives but worth mentioning so you come prepared. 1. The beds were all full size with firmnatresses. The shower worked very well but is small, tougher for a big person. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water which worked well. Bring extra paper towels and quality toilet paper if those are important to you. The furniture was clean and not old but also not comfortable. Coffee is there when you arrive but no condiments or paper goods from previous guests are not left for new guests so bring every consumable you need except salt and pepper.
Missing some of the easy small things was not a big deal just irritating. I would stay here again but bring a mattress topper, all consumable goods, and a source for music.

We were very happy with the house on arrival - very clean, cool and light and airy just as the photos showed. The real gem of this home is the outdoor deck which has incredible views of the beach which was only a few steps away. The deck was large and had plenty of new umbrellas and lounges chairs as well as a large dining table and chairs. The hosts were very responsive to every single need and question and took care of a BBQ problem in one day by purchasing a new one and having it installed within 24 hours. We enjoyed taking long walks in both directions, collecting beautiful rocks and painting some of them. The kayaks were put to good use! We would rent this place again.
